I am based in the north east of Caithness; after living in Cornwall, London, New Zealand and the south of France.
All the photographs on this site were taken in Caithness apart from some artists portfolios, and possibly some landscapes were in Sutherland depending on where the inland boundary is!
I have been a photographer for over forty years, mostly using medium format and sheet film cameras in the past and fully digital these days.
I consider myself to have a good eye for an image, and am able to get the best out of object or location.
